Timely access to your test results
 

Because we always want to provide the best service possible for our patients, we are implementing a test retrieval system, LabCalls© to provide you with the courtesy of a timely, efficient means of retrieving your test results.

When your doctor orders a clinical test, we will assign you a PIN that will allow you to retrieve your test results via telephone or internet. After your results have returned from the department and are posted, you may retrieve them at any time. To retrieve your messages, call 866-928-1735 or go to www.mytestresults.com and enter your PIN and follow the prompts. Please refer to your LabCalls reminder card that is provided during your visit for your UID and PIN. You no longer have to call the office and speak with a staff member to obtain your results, with the LabCalls System you can retrieve your test results at your convenience 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
