Dr. Blachly is originally from
Greenfield, but grew up on the East
side of Indianapolis. She earned her
Bachelors Degrees in Chemistry and
Zoology, and a Minor in Spanish at
Olivet Nazarene University in 1990.
She earned her Medical Degree from
the Indiana University School of
Medicine in 1994. Dr. Blachly
completed her residency in Family
Practice from Loma Linda University
in Southern California. She also
served as Chief Resident from
1996-1997. Dr. Blachly is board
certified in Family Medicine. Her
practice is focused on the delivery
of whole person care to the entire
family. She has special interests in
pediatrics and women’s health
issues. Some of Dr. Blachly’s
personal interests include being
involved in teaching and mentoring
medical students and residents,
being with her husband and their
three children. She also enjoys
gardening and reading. In addition
to her private practice, she is in
the process of organizing a clinic
for the underserved at an inner-city
mission in Indianapolis. Dr. Blachly
is located at the New Palestine
Family Medicine in New Palestine. |
