| Dr.
Capen was born in Michigan, and then
his family moved to Indiana. He
attended Greenfield Central High
school. Upon graduation he chose
Indiana University for his
undergraduate degree in Biology and
graduated in 1991. He also attended
Indiana University for Medical
School and completed his Medical
Degree in 1995. Dr. Capen
completed his Internship and
Residency at Community Hospital
Indianapolis in 1998. Dr. Capen
later joined Anderson Family
Practice. He is a member of the
Indiana Academy of Family Practice,
the Indiana state Medical
Association, the American Medical
Association, and the Phi Beta Kappa.
He enjoys sports medicine, and being
the Greenfield Central’s Football
team physician. Dr. Capen is located
at Anderson Family Practice in
Greenfield. |
