Dr. Cudiamat earned her
undergraduate degree in Biology at
the University of the Philippines in
1986. In 1991 she completed medical
school at the University of the East
Medical Center in the Philippines.
From there she went on to the
University of Illinois Christ
Hospital in Chicago to complete her
residency in 1996. She is board
certified by the American Board of
Family practice. Her range of
practice includes general medicine
with special interest in Woman’s
Health, Preventive Medicine,
Diabetes Care, and Office
Dermatologic procedures.
Dr. Cudiamat moved here with her
family to Greenfield in 2005 from
Clare Michigan. She is married and
has two children. Some of her
interests include tennis, and fine
dining. Dr. Cudiamat is located at
Hancock Family Practice in
Greenfield. |
