Laura graduated from Mt. Vernon High School and earned her undergraduate degree in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis in 1985. She earned her Master’s in Science degree in Nursing in 1997 from Indiana University and in 2010 will complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rush University in Chicago. Her practice as a Nurse Practitioner has included family practice and managing a school based Community Health Care Center. Laura has been teaching at Indiana University School of Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner program since 1999. She returned to Hancock County to practice in 2007. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Her general practice focus is in Family Practice care and she enjoys seeing patient of all ages. Laura resides in McCordsville with her husband and two daughters. She is located at Hancock Urgent Care in McCordsville.
