Dr. Michael Summers specializes in primary healthcare for children and adults. Dr. Summers is a graduate of Greenfield-Central High School, Butler University and Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed a three-year residency specializing in Family Medicine at Community Hospital in 1988.
He is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Indiana State Medical Association, and the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Summers has taught at the Family Practice Residency at Community Hospital and has been in private practice serving Hancock County since 1988.
Dr. Summers enjoys sports, horses, and spending time with his family. Dr. Summers and his wife, Sheila, have three daughters and reside in Greenfield. Dr. Summers is located at Hancock Physician Network in Fortville.
