| Dr.
Surburg grew up in Bloomington,
Indiana. He completed his
undergraduate degree in Biology in
1995. He earned his Medical Degree
at the Indiana University School of
Medicine 1999. He completed his
Residency in Family Practice in
Terre Haute at Union Hospital in
2002. Dr. Surburg is board certified
in Family Practice. His practice
focuses on Family medicine and
Obstetrics. Dr. Surburg’s personal
interests include reading,
listening, playing and composing
music, and being involved with his
church. Dr. Surburg and his wife
have three children Dr. Surburg is
located at Hancock Family Practice
in Greenfield. |
